Packages within the US always ship complementary, via USPS mail and UPS.

Every product at Odièle is made-to-order to ensure the highest level of freshness and quality. Each bottle is meticulously formulated, hand-blended, and individually filled in small batches.

Orders generally ship from New York within 2-4 business days, providing time for your products to be bottled fresh. Please allow an additional 2-5 business days for normal freight time to your destination within the United States.



International orders with a product total over $250 USD ship free.

International orders with a product total under $250 ship with a $35 flat rate.

No returns or refunds will be issued due to customs delays or holds beyond our control, nor for unclaimed packages.

Our website lists purchase price in US dollars. 
We do not include international VAT, tax, or duties in our displayed price.

*If DHL or UPS does not service your country, we are currently unable to ship to you through our website. Please see our Stockist Locator for alternative retailers. We are currently unable to ship to Italy, Indonesia, Mexico, Peru, Spain, and certain other countries with restrictions on the importation of cosmetics. If you have questions, please email:

The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to Odièle and the customer will incur shipping costs.

Please note that customs fees, and taxes are not eligible for refund.

If the products were not purchased directly through Odièle, we are not able to process a return. 

How to complete your return

  1. Within 30 days of your order delivery, please email  along with your order number in the subject line, reason for the return and request for an Return Authorization number. Returns will not be accepted without an RA number.
  2. Write the RA number on the outside of the package.
  3. Items must be received at our studio within 14 days of your RA issue date.
  4. Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, we will process your refund in approximately 7 business days, at which time you will be notified by email.
